TM for Schools & Universities

Enhance student focus, reduce anxiety, and build resilient school communities with Transcendental Meditation.

TM in Education

Research shows TM practice increases frontal alpha EEG coherence in young people — a marker of improved brain integration linked to better focus, learning capacity, and emotional regulation. Two Erasmus+ funded programmes (FRIENDS and EUROPE) brought TM to over 50 schools across 7 EU countries, with significant results: reduced stress and burnout, enhanced motivation, and stronger emotional resilience in both teachers and students. A 2011 study by Travis, Grosswald & Stixrud found TM reduced symptoms of ADHD through stress reduction, while Loiselle & Travis (2023) showed measurable improvements in college students' mental and physical health.
